Hi.
My name is Deberah Bringelson.
I have been growing businesses around the world for more than 26 years.
The first company I grew was in a very dark place. In my first meeting with the Board of Directors, they were literally fighting over whether to turn the lights off and call it over. Half of them voted for that. The other half said to let me give it a try.
When I started with them, their annual budget was $56,000 (down from a high of over $1 Million). When I moved on to other projects, they had grown to over $13 Million. That was in 1993. Since then, I've worked with companies that have been in equally dire straits, to those that were limping along, and others that were doing fine, but wanting to grow.
Since that first turn-around experience, I’ve learned a lot, both as a CEO, a Business Consultant and person.
