You hereby acknowledge that your purchase and/or participation in this Program shall constitute your consent and authorization, giving permission to the “Producers”(Your Strategic Solutions, LLC) of the Program to record your audio and video participation, including your name, voice, and the content of your speech in all video and teleconference training sessions of the Program. You further agree that your purchase and/or participation in this Program shall also constitute your consent and authorization, giving permission to the Producers to any and all images, comments, or other materials posted or supplied in social media forums, groups, or pages. You further agree that these images, comments, and recordings may be edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of the Producers and used in whole or in part for any and all broadcasting, non-broadcasting, audio/visual, print, and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity throughout the world.
The Producers may use and authorize others to use all or parts of these images, comments, and recordings. The Producers, their successors, and assigns shall own all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to these images, comments, and recordings to be used and disposed of without limitation as the Producers shall in their sole discretion determine.
This authorization applies to any and all social media forums (including groups, pages and timelines), classes, free or paid, conducted, held, or produced by Your Strategic Solutions, LLC through any of its venues, including, but not limited to those from Deberah Bringelson, Quantum Success Academy, Practical Quantum Physics for Business and Life, Quantum Biz, Quantum Business Beyond the Spreadsheet, Profit Partners, CEO Unlock, etc.
Should any participant determine that they do not want their image shown in video recordings, they at their discretion are welcome to turn off their video camera. Should they not want images or text from social media or other venues used in this manner, they are requested to refrain from posting in the public and/or class forums, but rather to send necessary information directly to Your Strategic Solutions personnel.
