If you are living in lack (lack of money, joy, health, vitality, love, even the quality of life that you want), it is because you are living in the energy and beliefs of lack.
You're telling yourself a story... Trust me. I've done this myself. Sometimes I still do.
I get it. We love our stories. We're addicted to them. "I'm unhappy because.... I'm not loved because... I'm sick because.... I'm too broke, fat, or whatever because...
No! That’s not the reason. It's because we've told ourselves a story or multiple stories about why we're experiencing something. And, we keep reliving that story. Every time we do, we reactivate the energy or the trauma of it.
Yes. That experience happened to you. I am truly sorry that it did.
Yes, we were traumatized. And we now know that we have a choice to move beyond the trauma.
If you want real change in your life, there is NOTHING to change but YOURSELF.
You cannot change the experience you had. (well, you can, but that's a deeper subject for another day). You cannot change another person. You cannot make your neighbor, spouse, etc... behave in a different way. BUT, you can change yourself.
You can change your feelings, how you view your experiences.... AND the stories that you tell yourself.
HEALING FROM ANYTHING IS AN INSIDE JOB.
HEALING IS 100% IN YOUR POWER AND CONTROL.
You are Source/God/Quantum Consciousness. You CAN NOT be separate from that Source. You can't. Period.
What you CAN do is hold yourself so deeply in sadness, despondency, anger, etc that you FEEL as though you are separate. (Trust me. I'm speaking from personal experience. I've been there!) But, you are NOT separate. YOU ARE SOURCE.
So, you get to make a choice. Look at your world. Your body, your love life, relationships, bank account, etc., and decide.
Decide.
If you are not happy with what you see, choose something different.
Look, a lot of people say, "Oh, Deberah doesn't know. She this or that... she doesn't understand.
But, I do understand.
My "story" started (from what I remember) at about 4 years old when I made a decision that my life was worthless. To some extent, I lived that story most of my life. It destroyed my body, my money, my relationships, and many frienships.
Everyone thought I was strong, powerful, in control... But in reality, I was living my stories. And, living my own trauma responses to those stories.
REMEMBER - There's nothing to change but yourself AND, it's a totally inside job.
