The number 1 thing you can do for yourself, your family, your business…is keep your frequency high.
Why?
Quantum Physics tells us that our bodies are sending out waves of energy every second of every day. There are machines that can measure those waves up to 8 feet. But we believe that they can actually travel thousands if not hundred of thousands of miles. Maybe even more.
It’s not “one and done”!
Are you keeping your frequency up? I love, love, love to meditate. I often get up at 4 A.M., sit in a chair and leave consciousness behind. I never start the day without meditating. That’s also how I end it.
So many people tell me they meditate once or twice a week. Really? Do you brush your teeth once or twice a week? Is that enough.
Like brushing your teeth cleans your mouth, mediation, if done correctly clears your energy field. It’s a daily (twice daily) practice.
Set your manifestations to music.
Another way to raise your frequency is with great music. Music of love; think Beatles.
Here’s my current favorite. Fire in My Soul by Walk Off the Earth.
Take a listen. Dance a little…even in your chair!
FEEL it in your body.
Remember, your thoughts create. Feelings are fuel on the fire of creation.
Merely thinking good thoughts may be nice, but it’s not very powerful. When you FEEL the joy, power, freedom, love…that’s when things really start to happen.
Repeat after me – “It’s not one and done.” You feed your body every day. You brush your teeth every day. Charge your soul and raise your frequency….every day!
